The SX-25 is a 12 tube single conversion superheterodyne receiver produced between 1940 and 1946.
It has a frequency coverage of 0.54 Mc to 42 Mc., and uses a pair of 6F6's in push-pull for
nice sounding audio. The Super Defiant is fairly light, weighing in at only 46 pounds.
And of course, nothing beats those big illuminated "Hallicrafters dials when the lights are off!
